injustice

my aim behind writing this blog is to draw the attention of people towards the injustice going on with iit aspirents belonging to the rural area.iit gives two chance to crack the jee.one in appearing and other next year after completion of 12th class.a large percenttage of our country leaves in villeges nd small towns.candidates belonging to these area doesnt have that degree of awairness(when they r in intermidiate) towards competetion as the candidates belonging to cities because neither there are enough resources nor enough money.awairness and guidence are two main reason because of which most of the student dont even think to crack jee in appearing. in this way they loose their first attempt. then first hurdle that comes in the way when these candidates go to coaching classes in cities is langueg problem.in villeges most of the instituetions run in hindi medium and they read nothing in english so first few months r consumed in learning english and then remaining months fall short to crack this exam.so the deserving students from these areas dont get gate pass to iit just because of these things which iit does not include in sellection criterion.iit restrict the attempt with the logic that they need better IQ not a xperienced aspirent but what about these students? it should b noticed that who would get sellection easily?one who is from english medium nd starts taking coaching(which includes guidence nd awairness) for iit right from the begining of 11th class or some other who hardly gets 6or 8 months after being awair completly about this comptetion.is that not injustice with the candidates from rural background. either iit need to encrease the no. of attmpt so that these student can get atleast a year to get prepaird for this exam or we desperately need to improve quality nd type of education in villeges nd towns.my appeal from iit that allow these brain also to provide their service to the nation nd to enter the community of most intelectual technocrates of the nation.
